Ramadan Mubarak to all!

عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ لَمَّا حَضَرَ رَمَضَانُ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ )قَدْ جَاءَكُمْ رَمَضَانُ شَهْرٌ مُبَارَكٌ افْتَرَضَ اللَّهُ عَلَيْكُمْ صِيَامَهُ تُفْتَحُ فِيهِ أَبْوَابُ الْجَنَّةِ وَيُغْلَقُ فِيهِ أَبْوَابُ الْجَحِيمِ وَتُغَلُّ فِيهِ الشَّيَاطِينُ فِيهِ لَيْلَةٌ خَيْرٌ مِنْ أَلْفِ شَهْرٍ مَنْ حُرِمَ خَيْرَهَا قَدْ حُرِمَ

The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said when the month of Ramadan arrived, “The month of Ramadan has come, a blessed month in which Allah Almighty has obligated you to fast. In it the gates of the heavens are opened, and in it the gates of Hellfire are closed, and in it the devils are chained, and in it is a night that is better than a thousand months. Thus, whoever is deprived of its good is truly deprived.” Musnad Aḥmad 7108

1. Taraweeh Salah, will be performed on the night of the moon citing (Monday or Tuesday).
2. Taraweeh will be short 8 Rakahs end with Witir; two sessions of Isha and Taraweeh, for two different group of brothers. to make space for other to perform their prayer. please leave as soon as salah is done so that next group have space for parking.

Maximum Capacity per each session: 75.

Taraweeh Session #1:
Iqama for Isha prayer: 9:15.
Followed by 8 Rakahs of Taraweeh end with Witir.
Led by: Shaykh Omer

Taraweeh Session #2:
Iqama for Isha prayer: 10:15.
Followed by 8 Rakahs of Taraweeh end with Witir.
Led by: Shaykh Omer

3. Due to the limited spaces and with the new revised county regulations, the indoor hall can only hold 25% of the normal building Capacity assigned by the county and fire department.
4. The area adjacent to the masjid (outside the prayer hall) will be also marked for prayer.
5. The Children 12 & above can pray on the marked spots in the outside area next to their father, children cannot be left alone causing distraction to the prayer or to the neighbors
6. Women prayer area, will be open, with a max. capacity of 17 prayer spot, Strictly No children allowed, within this very limited space.
7. Please keep in mind:

  • Masks are to be worn properly (covering face and nose) at all times,
  • Strict 6 ft. social distancing
  • Bring your own prayer rug.
  • Restroom will remain closed.
  • The Doors of masjid will be closed when all prayer marks are occupied; you cannot leave your prayer rug in advance to reserve a spot.
  • Loitering on the Masjid premises will not be allowed neither Sitting in gathering.

8. Iftaar will not be provided please do not bring any food to the Masjid.
9. you can bring dates and your drinking bottle with you to eat inside your car.
10. A virtual Fundraising with Sheik Karem Abuzaid (will be on Saturday, May 8 inshaAllah).
11. Eid-ul-Fitr prayer – TBA

We hope this is the last Ramadan that we have to plan in a limited capacity due to the current pandemic and that next Ramadan we are able to return to normal, Insha’Allah. We pray that Allah accepts our Fasting and prayer, protect us from this calamity, remove our distress and keep us united and increase the bond of our brotherhood. ameen
